the location was really nice, it had a local feel with lots of delicious food options and was in a peaceful neighborhood close to a lake. the staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs, making me feel welcome. I really appreciated the fast and reliable WiFi, which was essential for my work. I had a wonderful experience.

the bathroom could have been cleaner and better maintained.

During my stay over Christmas, I really appreciated the peacefulness of the location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The dormitory rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The nearby cafes and restaurants were a great source of delicious meals, and I enjoyed walking around the scenic lake and admiring the local architecture.

I did notice some personal items left around that could have been tidied up for a neater appearance. the bathroom facilities in the dormitory rooms could use an upgrade for a more modern feel.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities, including a beautiful garden area and private in-room breakfasts. the service is outstanding with a friendly and helpful staff always on hand. the location is convenient, within walking distance to nearby attractions.

The outdoor dining area could use some improvement to better suit large groups.

During my stay at Tuna Hostel, I had a fantastic experience exploring the charming neighborhood near Westlake. The local food options were amazing and I loved the authentic and non-touristy atmosphere. The host was incredibly friendly and attentive to all my needs, making me feel truly special. The traditional Northern Vietnamese house added to the local vibe, and the shower had convenient hooks to hang my belongings. Plus, the hostel had a super cute and friendly dog named Cam! I highly recommend this hostel for a cozy and authentic stay in Hanoi.

Cozy vibe with friendly hosts who provide transportation from the airport. Great location by the lake with lots of local food options nearby. Beds with personal lockers and curtains for privacy. Clean and spacious with a unique style.

Breakfast is served daily, and guests can easily find good restaurants in the area and enjoy the lake view. the kitchen is well-equipped, making it ideal for long-term stays.

Some personal items left around the property could be removed for a tidier environment.
